Specifications include, but are not limited to: TASK 1 – PROJECT MANAGEMENT Consultant shall perform project management duties. Subtasks include, but are not limited to, items like those listed below. 1.1 – Project Management Team (PMT) Consultant shall establish, lead, and document PMT through bi-weekly meetings to discuss project status, upcoming deliverables, and to discuss any potential issues. 1.2 – Project Schedule Consultant shall develop and maintain a detailed project schedule identifying critical path elements, considering task dependencies, meeting dates, deliverable dates, and review timelines. TASK 2 – PUBLIC AND STAKEHOLDER INVOLVEMENT Consultant shall establish strategies for identifying and reaching stakeholders, methods for exchanging information with the public, and an evaluation of outreach needs to be consistent with Title VI and Environmental Justice to ensure full and fair participation by all potentially affected community members in the decision-making process.
