Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The Contractor will capture up to 140 adult pronghorn in southeastern Oregon using protocols outlined by ODFW. 2. The Contractor must be able to provide the agency with GPS coordinates of where each pronghorn is captured. 3. Provide ≥1 helicopter with specifications outlined in Section 10.1, experienced pilot(s), gunner(s), mugger(s) and support services including fuel service truck and driver. 4. Fuel truck provided by Contractor will have enough capacity to ensure operations in remote areas for a minimum of 12 hours of flight time. 5. Contractor will physically restrain each pronghorn captured. 6. Contractor will physically evaluate each pronghorn for capture related injury and note all injuries on capture forms provided by ODFW. 7. Capture will be completed in the most efficient way and in favorable weather. Contractor will determine all factors related to crew safety and suitable flying conditions. 8. The Contractor will provide the net gun, nets, cartridges, and any other equipment specifically need to handle individual animals (e.g. hobbles, blindfolds).
