Specifications include, but are not limited to: The OED auditorium currently supports OED staff and other state agency staff who need auditorium facilities, which are capable of presenting to large audiences through a robust AV system. The current AV system is beyond lifecycle and does not adequately support modern methods of presentation or collaboration. OED is looking for a new auditorium AV system which: Conform to the OED technology roadmap and is therefore only HDMI and HDCP compliant Supports presentation casting from ANY platform to the auditorium projector from Microsoft, Android, and Apple devices Maintains a mobile, wireless podium, which supports integration with multimedia communication channels, lighting controls, sound controls, projector controls, telephony controls, etc. Allows for integration with current video production controls and user-friendly recording and/or live-streaming of auditorium events by users from the podium alone Upgrades existing wireless handheld and lapel microphones (RF spectrum/rechargeable battery) Capable with interfacing with modern collaboration software platforms such as Skype for Business, Adobe Connect, among others. (Replacing our existing Polycom unit) o Supports VOIP audio/telephony when available to support audio for above software systems o Integrates with existing video capture/production system which is Viewcast Niagra with Vaddio camera controls Supports surround sound auditorium audio using existing speakers Proposals need to include maximum wattage of the entire proposed equipment stack to plan HVAC requirements for the auditorium production booth Is warranted by the installer including warranty details of length of warranty, specific warranty details and the warranty process when needing to be used. Provide a ten (10) year maintenance schedule with costs for the proposed system including all annual support, any foreseen upgrades to be implemented and any wear and tear part replacements. Provide installation services of new equipment as well as removal of old equipment from equipment rack. OED will send to surplus ourselves. Provide in-depth system training to at least two (2) OED AV support staff along with all necessary training manuals, videos or documents Provide all configuration/programing diagrams and documentation to OED AV support staff along with all equipment manuals and diagrams used in proposal and subsequent installation/programing work.
