Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful proposer’s solutionwill be required to provide a comprehensive eLearning/Digital Micro-Learning Content librarysolutionto assist the Countyin providing an on-demand training and learning for professional and personal developmentwithshortmicro-learningbites andin-depth skill building, and assessments. Additionally, the successful proposer’s solution shall allow the County to add its own content to the library(i.e., videos, narrated PowerPoint, SCORM eLearning courses, PDFs). The Proposer’s solution should offer the ability to track by employee the content they have completed. It should offer the ability to select groups of employees to assign specific trainings or training blocks. The Proposer’s solution shall allow the County to run custom reports and extracts on employee training completions. The Proposers solution will also allow for data feeds that could be scheduled or on demand(employee data, etc).Proposer’s solution mustalso discuss the potential for future integrations with our HRIS or Learning Management systems.The Proposers solution must havea flexible and configurable security protocolso we can assign users to departments, divisions, or by supervisors. The solution mustalso offer tiered security for administrators, managers and key employees.The successful Proposer’scontentlibraryshallincludeat a minimum, but not limited to, communications, emotional resiliency, leadership development, Microsoft application skills, safety awareness, cybersecurity, diversity, equity and inclusion, sexual harassment. The proposalmustinclude a sampling of content offerings.The successful proposer’s solution is required to include an implementation plan that incorporates at a minimum, but not limited to, necessary technology, security, training, implementation plan, and timelines.
