Specifications include, but are not limited to: Developing the Prenatal-to-Three Measures Digital Repository and Search Engine Website (P3M or Website) to promote awareness of currently available tools that measure caregiver and child mental, emotional, and behavioral health. The objectives of the Website include: 1.3.1. Providing a digital clearinghouse and searchable Website of measures currently used to evaluate the effectiveness of programs for caregivers of infants and young children (prenatal to 3 years of age) that are freely available to the public. 1.3.2. Providing information on currently recommended outcome measures with the goal of increasing shared measurement and program precision. 1.3.3. Facilitating crowdsourcing of new measure development and raise awareness of measurement needs in the field. 1.3.4. Creating the impetus to spur the innovation and development of new measures that address current limitations. P3M has the potential to catalyze change in measurement and evaluation in the field of early childhood, leading to improved service delivery and ultimately improving developmental outcomes for at-risk infants and young children.
