Specifications include, but are not limited to:Under SB 263, DEQ is committed to create two shelf-ready waste prevention campaigns for local governments to implement to comply with the new rules. In 2017, DEQ created a residential campaign called "Make Every Thread Count" that encourages Oregonians to reduce the amount of textiles they purchase and extend the life of current clothing. The second campaign called "Wasted Food Wasted Money", is designed to help commercial generators of food reduce wasted food. Both campaigns include a toolkit of materials that are designed to be easy for local governments to use. Campaigns are finalized, and the next step is to translate the campaigns into multiple languages. 1. Contractor must translate both campaigns into the languages identified in A.1.1. After translating Contractor must format the translated campaign into the existing marketing collateral, which uses InDesign. 1.1 Make Every Thread Count - Spanish 1.2 Wasted Food Wasted Money - Spanish, Russian and Vietnamese 2. Contractor must be able to provide upon request throughout the duration of the campaign on-going transcreation and graphic design support including, customizing creative collateral.
