A. HVAC equipment: Demolish existing HVAC system as indicated in the demolition drawings. Provide new roof top units, terminal units, and exhaust fans. Provide electrical modifications to support the new HVAC system. Patch and repair ceiling as necessary to return to existing condition. B. Roofing: Remove existing roofing, above-deck insulation, and roof equipment and accessories. Replace roof insulation and membrane as indicated in drawings and specifications. Reinstall roof equipment and accessories that are not being replaced as part of the HVAC equipment replacement. Extend parapet height to facilitate roof sloping and drainage. Install new scuppers and downspouts. C. Siding and Windows: Remove existing windows, siding, weather barrier, and all exterior accessories attached to the existing siding (fabric canopies, railings, signage, downspouts, etc.). Remove and replace damaged sheathing and inspect exposed insulation. Install new windows as indicated in the drawings and specifications. Install new weather barrier and cladding as indicated in drawings and specifications. Clean and repair fabric canopies and reinstall. Reinstall exterior accessories. 1.
