Contractor will be responsible for procurement of all supplies and equipment in order to complete the project. Replacement of five exterior windows and the siding on the west side of the building. The building currently has T111 siding on it now; open to suggestion about using T111 or changing to a different siding material. Interior drywall and repair needed for water damaged caused by leaking windows and siding in three west-facing bedrooms to including furring in new windows, texturing, primer coat of paint and the complete painting of the three bedrooms. Replacement of windowsills and edge moldings that are water damaged is required as well as paint and finish of sill and edge moldings. (Three bathrooms) The flooring, drywall and edge molding in the three bathrooms needs to be repaired/replaced from water damage caused by the shower/bath tub. Contractor will be responsible for disposal of old siding, windows, windowsills, edge moldings, bathroom flooring and any other debris repaired, replaced or fixed during this project. Use prevailing wages in the proposal. Change orders will need to be made in writing, CTSI will verify the need of the change order, than the change order will need to be signed off by the CEO or acting CEO of CTSI before change work can be performed (change order process usually happens same day).
