WOU is seeking to secure professional, reasonably priced rented/leased mini refrigerator, freezer,microwave equipment for our residents. The project will require the successful contractor to provide andinstall energy efficient mini refrigerator, freezer, microwave combinations in all student residence halls,and stand alone microwaves in all apartments on the University campus.WOU invites qualified vendors to propose solutions that will aid us in providing these units. WOUrequires proposals from companies with a minimum of five (5) years of direct experience providingappliance leases. In addition to providing a response to the general and specific requirements in thissolicitation, respondents should provide a detailed description of their specific solution, and all associatedcosts for services required to implement, maintain, update, and upgrade the solution as specificallyoutlined later in this RFP successfully. Vendors must also demonstrate a proven track record of applianceleasing success for clients in a four-year college or university environment.
