a. Design - Preferred layout will be discussed at the walkthrough on May 13th at 8:00am. b. Permits – Work with and obtain through the City of Wilsonville and other required entities as necessary. c. Demolition – Remove and dispose of existing ceiling clouds. Suite 202 is currently occupied and ORCA staff will need to be moved to other locations during the project. d. Fire Suppression - Adjust and add heads to meet code requirements. e. HVAC - Reroute ductwork, add supply and returns throughout. f. Ceiling – New grid and ACT tiles throughout both spaces. g. Electrical – New lights and dimmers in both spaces and conference room. h. Mechanical – Reroute supply and returns as needed to accommodate new layout and new enclosed drop ceiling. i. Fire Sprinkler/Strobe – Reroute and add to accommodate new offices and common areas. j. Kitchenette – Glass walls and doors on each side to enclose space and reduce noise. New lighting and controls throughout, fire suppression to meet code, hard lid ceiling for noise, sink, cabinets, countertops, shelves and flooring.
