Woodburn School District – Nutrition Department is submitting a Request for Proposal (RFP) for competitive proposals from qualified vendors to provide cafeteria furniture for the Nutrition Services Department. Vendors who demonstrate an ability to meet the enclosed requirements, specifications and timelines are invited to submit a proposal as specified herein. OBJECTIVE: A proposal for Woodburn School District that includes: a. A modern look with furniture. b. Meets delivery requirements. c. Product quality that is meant for use in a school cafeteria. d. Ease of use, all furniture is meant to be portable and have ease of movement. e. Furniture that is sturdy and meant for use in a high-volume cafeteria and can sustain daily use. f. School colors are Royal Blue, white, grey and black. Furniture to be designed with these colors in mind. g. Seating for about 400, to include 4 ADA accessible seats, ADA seats are to be listed on response and show in the design.
