A. Scope of Services All services shall be provided under the direction of the City Manager and City Council and should complement the City’s DMO work. The visitor center services provided shall include, but not be limited to, the following tasks: - Maintain and operate the City’s visitor information center; to include rent (if applicable), repairs & maintenance, phone & computer communications, office supplies, postage, accounting, and personnel assigned to the visitors center desk - Maintain visitors’ information, pamphlets, brochures, maps and handouts - Support group and research tours - Respond to phone inquiries during regular business hours; prepare and mail requested information and respond to email requests - Collaborate with the DMO & the City on other projects as needed, and cooperate with local, regional, and state tourism opportunities as needed
