4.11 GOOD(S) SPECIFICATIONS FOR: VEGETABLES FROZEN, CARROTS, GREEN BEANS, CAULIFLOWER 4.11. Goods indicated in this ITB to be frozen, Grade A or Grade B and not contain excess water. Pureed or creamed Goods will not be allowed for this ITB. All Goods must be adequately described with type of cut and labeled. 4.11 ASSORTED VEGETABLE BLENDS MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 4.11. Goods must be a minimum of three different types of vegetable blend consisting of any of the following: green beans, peppers (green, orange, yellow or red), broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, onions, squash, or other vegetables. 4.11. Predominant vegetable not to exceed approximately 65% 4.11. Goods containing bell peppers or onions shall not exceed 10% of each in Blend 4.11 Goods containing corn WILL NOT be accepted 4.11. Diced must be 3/8” or larger, smaller than 3/8” WILL NOT be accepted 4.11. CORN MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 4.11. Goods to be instantly quick frozen (IQF); sweet Golden or Yellow whole kernel style 4.11. CARROT MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 4.11. ODOC will accept julienne, sliced crinkle cut, diced, whole baby carrots, or regular sliced carrot Goods 4.11. Diced must be 3/8” or larger, smaller than 3/8” WILL NOT be accepted
