• Technical Center – Contractor shall provide one (1) 3-yard dumpster for garbage and one (1) 3-yard dumpster for mixed recycling (flattened cardboard, paper, plastic bottles, etc.) for pickup at VIP’s Technical Center which is located at 1240 SE 12th Ave, Portland, OR 97214. Contractor will provide once weekly garbage pickup, and bi-weekly (once every two (2) weeks) recycling pickup. • Northeast Clean Air Station – Contractor shall provide two (2) 96-gallon roll carts for garbage and two (2) 96-gallon roll carts for recycling for pickup at the Northeast Clean Air Station which is located at 7701 NE 33rd Dr, Portland, OR 97211. Contractor will provide once weekly garbage and bi-weekly (once every two (2) weeks) recycling pickup.
