These integration requirements include but are not limited to: • MUNIS by Tyler Technologies accounting software integration • Itron meter reading integration • Moonlight BPO printing/mailing vendor requirements • ESRI ArcGIS as authoritative address for account (meter) location The selected vendor will be responsible for: • Data conversion and implementation: Migrating data from the existing software, including the conversion of 8 years of historical records from the legacy system. • Staff Training: Providing comprehensive training to ensure that staff are proficient in using the new system, with ongoing support available as needed.
