Specifications include, but are not limited to: Proposer will design and develop a new website interface for CIS. Proposer will be responsible for updating the brand of CIS, developing information graphics, designing the user interface, designing the user experience, and generating a report to CIS for restructuring the information architecture. Proposer must design an interface with the following properties and functionality: General Properties/Functionality of Website Redesign. • Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) must be built to create an ideal user experience while providing basic functionality for those users employing older or limited technology. • The ability for CIS staff to create and manage easily additional dashboard interfaces. • Increased visibility to build brand awareness, support outreach efforts, and increases use of and access to CIS by primary users, secondary users, and consortium member organizations. • Simple, consistent and intuitive navigation that is consistent with the state of the art and increases user interaction and participation via online tools. • CSS style sheet templates that provide a visually appealing interface with an attractive mix of text, graphics and photos. • Embeds a call-to-action opportunity for user to interact with the data (e.g., contact an organization, create a checklist of events leading to qualifications, etc.).
