2.4.1 Provide Monday – Friday 8AM to 5PM with no closure from 12pm – 1pm, observed urinalysis drug screen collection and testing services in the five County Treatment Courts. Services include following observation requirements, random selections, and timely collection submission to an Abbott Toxicology laboratory. 2.4.2 Administer oral fluid testing only when same-gender observer is not available for direct observe collections. 2.4.3 Provide a dedicated telephone call-in for participants and be available to assist with questions and unusual circumstances. 2.4.4 Be located within no more than a 25-mile radius of Salem, OR and be near a bus stop. 2.4.5 Funding can be used for services only. Funding cannot be used for personnel and/or personnel benefits.
