Specifications include, but are not limited to: Metro intends to identify a pool of qualified contractors to provide technical services to support the Development Center's urban revitalization efforts on an asneeded basis. The scope of work outlined below is preliminary. The final scope of services will be negotiated with each firm and modified as needed based on the specifics of the project(s) that firm is selected to work on. Metro is seeking written proposals from qualified firms, consultants and specialists to work closely with Metro staff and to perform services in the following areas: -Architectural services -Restaurant/retail design and merchandizing -Color consulting -Branding and graphic design -Restaurant/retail lighting design -Restaurant/retail business management -Business district marketing, organization, and event management -Urban revitalization project management
