Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this RFQ is to purchase contracted services to provide routine preventive maintenance and repairs per manufacturers’ specifications, as well as emergency support for twenty (20) uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) systems at fourteen (14) separate locations county wide. Two (2) of the UPS units at one (1) location are under contract through September of 2024. Therefore eighteen (18) UPS units at thirteen (13) separate locations need a five (5) year maintenance preventive maintenance (PM) contract for two (2) PM’s per year. These systems provide back-up power to essential phone, data, and dispatch functions for administrative, emergency communications, law enforcement, health services and transportation infrastructure maintenance operations for citizens of Clackamas County
