Specifications include, but are not limited to: A significant number of Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) personnel must be on duty at all times. All event staff shall possess a current DPSST certification and have picture identification including employee name and company name displayed visibly at all times while on duty at the Fiesta. Security officers shall be unarmed at all times. Preplan security needs and identify potential problems Balance friendly public service with effective crowd control; perform bag and cooler searches Provide security for performers and back stage crowd control Monitor ingress and egress for venue and provide front of house crowd control Verify credentials and identification for access to restricted areas, i.e. VIPs and media Provide security for festival and personal property, entertainment equipment, food vendor equipment, and signage.
