Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.Provideunarmed security services at SAIF’sSalem campus,consistingof walk-through checks of the campus exterior and drive-through patrols of the surface parking lots,as well as drive-through checks of the parking garage located at 655 Bellevue Street SE,which will require the use of an access card to engage the roll-up gates of the structure.2.Providepatrolstwice each night between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., Sunday through Saturday, and twice daily on Saturdays and Sundays between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. All exterior doors and points of entry must be checked to makesure they are secure. Salem campus map attached as Attachment E.3. Provide unarmed security walk-through patrols, a continuous foot patrol,Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., following the highlighted path as outlined in the diagram attached as Attachment F. During these additional six hours of walk-through security patrols, only when requested by SAIF, provide security escorts to individual SAIF employees to and from buildings and respond to security incidents anywhere throughout SAIF’s campus. 4. Provide on-call additional foot patrols and drive-through patrols as requested in response to emergency requests such as security incidents, or civil unrest issues.5. If individuals are found on campus who cannot be identified as SAIF employees or contractors, notify them they are trespassing and must leave. Contact the police to issue trespass warnings to any trespassers refusing to leave, as well as for any and/or all illegal activity.
