Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide unarmed security services for park entrance gate closings during the evenings at Pilot Butte State Scenic Viewpoint in Deschutes County, Oregon. The park entrance gate is closed to park visitors every evening at the hours posted on site and as listed in Exhibit A, Statement of Work. The unarmed security service shall provide daily services to clear the roadway and summit of any motor vehicles belonging to visitors and securing the summit road gate with lock and key in the evening once visitors have removed their motor vehicles from the premises. The Services will be needed on a seasonal basis from approximately March through November each year. OPRD reserves the right to alter these dates based on Park needs, special events and weather.
