Specifications include, but are not limited to: Offeror shall provide two (2) two unarmed security guards that are licensed and trained in Basic Law Enforcement Stonewall Jackson Youth Development Center seven days per week. The work hours will be from Monday Friday 7:30 A.M. - 8:30 P.M., weekends and holidays 8:30 A.M.-7:30 P.M. Two guards are required to be on premises at any given time, however; unusual circumstances may occur where additional guards may be required, if this occurs, the request must be authorized by the contract administrator. 2. Guards will be allowed to be armed with handcuffs which should be provided by the security service. 3. Guards will be allowed to have a security vehicle during inclement weather only which should be provided by the security service.
