Contractor shall provide unarmed uniformed security services in and around the OIMB facility or as otherwise indicated per site specifications. Contract security personnel will provide a variety of services from 2300-0700 hours, 7 days per week, implementing the Universitys security objectives according to policies and procedures which may include, but are not limited to, the following general tasks: Roving patrols of interior and exterior building areas Incident and daily operating reports Responding to building intrusion detection systems Responding to alarms and fire detection equipment Responding as necessary to support other life safety duties as identified in post orders and standard operating procedures Maintaining keys and providing building access to students and others as needed Providing building access to late-arriving visitors by prior arrangement Contacting unknown subjects to confirm they are authorized to be on the property Other specific tasks as required.
