Specifications include, but are not limited to: District is seeking one Private Security Entity to provide Districtwide unarmed Private Security Services during both day and night shifts, including patrol vehicle(s), dispatch, and after-hours non-emergency phone call-routing. District currently procures these services from two contractors, District is satisfied with the services currently provided, but desires to consolidate these services under one contractor. (1) provide a positive presence in District’s parks, trails, open space, and facilities, by greeting members of the public, helping them feel safe, answer questions, provide information on District’s then current Rules and Regulations, and reduce illegal activities within District Locations; (2) prevent and minimize fire, theft, damage, vandalism, and trespass on District property; (3) provide enforcement of District’s then current Rules and Regulations; (4) serve exclusion warnings and notices as needed utilizing District’s form(s); (5) report any unusual incidents or hazardous conditions; (6) contact illegal campers on District property and inform them of District’s then current Rules and Regulations; (7) complete rounds of assigned Locations as required by the District Representative; (8) monitor and/or clear specific restrooms as directed by the District Representative; (9) monitor park patrons at all Locations in collaboration with law enforcement agencies and as otherwise directed by the District Representative to minimize smoking, alcohol consumption, and drug use on District property;
