Scope of work, The Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians (CTSI) are looking to contract with a company to repair the building at 815 Logsden Rd. Siletz, OR. 97380. This will include finishing the roof seams on all roof panels that were never properly bent 180 degrees. Finish installing new end caps at the top and bottom of roof panels that are missing since the building was built. Caulking/sealing of the gutters and downspouts, removal of ridge cap to properly bend the roof panel seams and to make sure the ridge cap is installed and sealed properly. Contractor will be responsible for procurement of all supplies and equipment needed in order to complete 100% of the project. Contractor will use magnet or sweep the area to pick up any fasteners on the ground. Repair/replace insulation damage by water intrusion inside the building. Pick up and disposal of any debris/items caused during project. Use prevailing wages in the proposal. Change orders will need to be made in writing, CTSI will verify the need of the change order, than the change order will need to be signed off by the CEO or acting CEO of CTSI before change work can be performed (change order process usually happens same day).
