Specifications include, but are not limited to: Programming and Conceptual Design. 1) Participate in Project Start-up meeting with UO project staff to establish discuss project requirements, processes and schedule. 2) Participate in Kick-off meeting with Owner’s Management Team, Project Team and project staff; review the base criteria and vision for the project; establish a base understanding of the Campus Plan and Campus Standards including how they will be implemented on this project; review the requirements of the Oregon Model of Sustainable Development and discuss the implementation challenges and opportunities brought on by this project type; review the Policies and Patterns and how they will be implemented; establish communication protocols; review milestones associated with the project schedule. 3) Participate in bi-weekly Management Team meetings and every three weeks participate in Project Team meetings. 4) Architect shall provide advance information for standard meeting documents [24 hr] before meetings (agendas, materials, etc.). 5) For design presentation materials, Architect shall provide Work In Progress documentation a minimum of 48 hours prior to the meeting, preferably 72 hours prior to the meeting. 6) Architect shall provide meeting minutes within 7 days after meetings, digital copies of all presentations, drawings, and meeting notes within 2 days, and/or establish project web site to make such information available to Owner; 7) Develop space/adjacency program with Project Teamand expand their understanding of programmatic needs as required to inform the design process.
