Offeror shall provide pre-scheduled telephone based Interpreter Services (requests typically issued 2-3 weeks in advance of hearing date) on an “as needed” basis for LEP clients needing interpreter assistance and must meet or exceed the minimum requirements. Offeror understands that the OAH is not soliciting for on-demand interpreting services. Offeror shall be available for hearings Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PST). Offeror shall be available for occasional hearings scheduled prior to 8:00 AM PST, and hearings that extend beyond 5:00 PM PST. Offeror should be willing to seek out available interpreters for urgent requests upon short notice at no additional cost to the Agency Hearings shall be scheduled for a minimum duration of one (1) hour that may extend up to eight(8) continuous hours. Hearings may require services for multiple days. Any services provided that exceed the estimated duration from the Interpreter Request Work Order shall be paid in increments of fifteen (15) minute intervals, and the Agency shall be the official timekeeper.
