Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor must provide toll-free access to telephone-based interpreter services from anywhere in the United States, 365-days a year, 7-days a week, 24-hours a day. Contractor shall provide telephone-based interpreter services on an "as needed" and “scheduled” basis for Limited English Proficiency (LEP) immediate interpreter assistance, and must meet or exceed the minimum requirements identified under Section A, Section B, and Section C.Contractor must provide and track separate identifying codes as requested by each divisionwithin Agency. Agency will provide the assigned code at the beginning of each interpretationcall and the code will be used to create separate invoicing for each team
