1. Obtain electrical permits from the local jurisdiction. 2. Provide and install approximately 250 feet of new buried conduit, 150 KVA PGE transformer, transformer pad, and meter, including backfilling and compaction. 3. Provide and install generator load bank connection and Manual Transfer Switch with portable generator connection. 4. Provide and install two electric heaters and replace light fixtures in pump station. 5. Install new conduit (Contractor provided), automatic transfer switch (ATS), remote terminal unit (RTU) and motor control center (MCC) within the pump station and to new generator. Owner will provide the ATS, MCC, and generator. 6. Demolish and remove existing RTU as shown in contract drawings and in coordination with Owner.
