Specifications include, but are not limited to: Oregon DAS is issuing this Opportunity to Oregon-approved contractors to provide Oregon-approved Continuing Education courses (the “Services”) to HVAC technicians, electricians holding LME, LEA and LEB certificates and supervising electricians and journeyman wiremen. DAS EAM is comprised of the following programs: Operations; Maintenance; Planning and Construction Management; Real Estate Services; Statewide Fleet Administration and Parking Services; and the Oregon Surplus Property Program. The core focus of these programs is property management, both real and personal, to support agencies' space, travel and operational needs. DAS EAM is responsible for all phases of asset life-cycle management including acquisition, operation, maintenance and disposal. DAS EAM's value-added services allow state agencies and some local governments to focus on their primary missions. The Maintenance Section provides building maintenance and repair services including electrical, HVAC and building security services to state-owned and operated buildings in Salem, Portland, Eugene, Pendleton, Central Point and Burns.
