ODOT is requesting Proposals from eligible Price Agreement holders (identified above) regarding specific A&E and Related Services experience relevant to the TGM 1C-24 Hood River Columbia Highway Integrated Land Use Area and Transportation Plan (the “Project”), and as further described in the attached Statement of Work (“SOW”). The purpose of the Project is to synchronize local, state, and federal investments along the Historic Columbia River Highway (“HCRH”) Cascade Avenue and Westcliff Drive (“Project Corridor”) in the City of Hood River (“City”) to lay the policy groundwork for new multi-modal, mixed-use redevelopment along the corridor. Much planning has already been completed to this end including the Historic and Commercial Gateway, and updated land use regulations. The Project will build on these previous and on-going efforts and integrate key elements into updated land use, development code and Transportation System Plan amendments.
