GOOD(S) SPECIFICATIONS FOR SUGARS: 4.11.1 Products indicated in this ITB must be food grade and may be processed from sugar cane or sugar beets ; 4.11.2 Product MUST be free flowing and free of lumps that cannot be broken by light finger pressure ; 4.11.4 SUGAR, BROWN MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 4.11.4.1 Type II, Style A (light) or B (dark); 4.11.4.2 Raw sugar will not be accepted. 4.11.4.3 Sugar must completely dissolve during normal use in recipes. 4.11.5 SUGAR, WHITE GRANULATED MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 4.11.5.1 Type I, Style A (fine or extra fine) or B (superfine); 4.11.4.2 Raw sugar will not be accepted. 4.11.4.3 Sugar must completely dissolve during normal use. 4.11.6 SUGAR, POWDERED MINIMUM REQUIRMENTS: 4.11.6.1 Type 1; Style C (powdered or confectioners); 4.11.4.2 Sugar must completely dissolve during normal use.
