The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. The Woodburn Community Center is a 32,200 SF renovation and addition on an existing aquatic center. The sprinklered structure is comprised of two Type V-B construction buildings. The occupancy types include A-3 and A-3 Assembly, B Business, and S-1 Storage. Work entails a full demolition of an accessory residential building on the property, the partial demolition of the existing aquatic center, renovation of the remaining natatorium, and a 16,800 SF addition on the natatorium. Existing natatorium HVAC systems remain, and natatorium electrical and plumbing systems to be modified. All other systems to be new. Site work includes new landscaping and increased parking and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
