The successful proposer shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and services necessary to: 2.1.1 Provide recreation level lighting for the sports fields and pickleball courts. 2.1.2 Provide a lighting system that can achieve certification through the DarkSky International Outdoor Sports Lighting Program. 2.1.3 Provide a lighting system that is compliant with ANSI/IES RP-6-20 recommendations. 2.1.4 Provide design drawings showing photometric analysis, pole locations and system electrical requirements. 2.1.5 Provide engineered pole foundation drawings. 2.1.6 Provide control integrations compatible with District recreation software. 2.1.7 Provide a manufacturer warranty. 2.1.8 Provide references for projects of similar scope and scale. 2.1.9 Coordinate closely with the District’s Project Manager and General Contractor on lead time, ordering schedule, and delivery logistics to ensure that lighting materials are on site when needed for installation. 2.1.10 Deliver and offload all lighting materials to the project site.
