Service 1.1 - LTD Connector (LTD): Description of Work. LTD Connector Service is a Mobility-on-Demand (MOD) public transportation service operating within Cottage Grove city limits. Ridership for this service in FY24 averaged approximately 1177 riders per month. See accompanying Map 1 (Attachment E) for details. Service 1.2 – LTD South Lane County Rural Shuttle: Description of Work. LTD South Lane County Rural Shuttle is a scheduled service designed for the south Lane County general public outside of the Cottage Grove city limits who seek transportation to access services in Cottage Grove, including connections to other transit services such as LTD’s Route 98 and the LTD Cottage Grove Connector. This service will replace a previously provided service that allowed origins throughout the previously defined South Lane County service area as well as destinations in the Eugene-Springfield metro area. This new service will pick up riders throughout the South Lane service area defined in the attached Map 2 (Attachment F) and deliver them only to the LTD bus stop located at the Cottage Grove Walmart (901 Row River Rd.) or LTD Stop located on the corner of 1st and C Sts. Service 1.3 – LTD Mohawk Valley Rural Shuttle: Description of Work. LTD Mohawk Valley Rural Shuttle is a scheduled service designed for the general public in the area extending northeast between Springfield and Marcola along Marcola Rd. who seek transportation to access services in the Eugene-Springfield metro area including connections to LTD’s fixed route transit network. This new service will pick up riders throughout the Mohawk Valley service area defined in the attached Map 3 (Attachment G) and deliver them to several potential locations in Springfield including but not limited to: Pioneer Plaza NE of the intersection of Pioneer Pkwy and Q St, LTD Springfield Station, McKenzie Medical Center, Springfield WinCo, and Springfield Walmart.
