Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Oregon Department of Foresty intends to enter into a sole source contract with Mr. Thomas Tuchmann of US Forest Capital L.L.C. Under this contract, the Contractor shall design and conduct a collaborative process to assist Agency and the Governor to develop and reach a broadly supported proposal for federal legislation for management of the Oregon and California (O&C) lands and development of revenue and employment initiatives that achieve a balance of economic,environmental and social goals consistent with the principles outlined below. Contractor also shall coordinate with the Agency, the Governor's Natural Resources Advisor, and the Governor on the associated administrative planning effort for Western Oregon under development by the BLM.
