The State of Oregon, acting by and through its Department of Administrative Services, Enterprise Goods and Services, State Procurement Services (DAS SPS), pursuant to its authority under ORS 279A.200 et. seq. and OAR 125-246-0400, hereby provides Public Notice of its intent to participate with and to enter into one or more Participating Addendum(a) under certain awarded Master Agreement(s) from solicitation number DPC-1472182913-MT released by the State of North Carolina on behalf of the members of the NASPO ValuePoint Purchasing Program and Participating States. The solicitation is for Small Package Delivery Services. This is an interstate cooperative procurement conducted by the State of North Carolina acting as the Lead State on behalf of the members of the NASPO Value Point Purchasing Program for this solicitation and entering into Master Agreement(s) with the successful proposers.
