Specifications include, but are not limited to: DOJ utilizes skip trace and locate services as part of its essential business practices. There are more than 300 users of this service within the Agency. DOJ is interested in accessing the great variety of information databases possible to obtain the highest degree of accuracy. The desired elements of these products and services may include, but are not limited to access to the following: 2.1 Nationwide people record databases; 2.2 Public databases; 2.3 Court records; 2.4 Business and financial databases; 2.5 Social Security Administration database, 2.6 Including social security and name fraud alerts 2.7 Phone databases, including cellular and unpublished; 2.8 Incarnation and Arrest databases (State/County Jail/Prison); 2.9 Virtual Identity and Social Network searches; 2.10 Employment Record databases – Nationwide; 2.11 Death Record databases; 2.12 USPS database; and 2.13 Any other available databases that would benefit the Agency or any new databases added during the term of the Contract. The objective of this RFI is to: 3.1 Gain a better understanding of the availability of these products and services. DOJ would like potential suppliers to provide information on the services they provide within this context: 3.2 Identify areas DOJ needs to address in its specifications to achieve its objectives and maximize the likelihood of success of these type of procurements; 3.3 Identify the databases and features to be considered, including in the specifications, e.g. interfaces, access control, billing methods and package options.
