Washington County Facilities and Parks Services is requesting bids from qualified firms to provide unarmed Security Officer(s) and Patrol Services in and around County owned/leased properties around Washington County including the following requirements. • Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to positively communicate. • Billing will be at end of the month as the County does not prepay services. The County currently has security guards, performing the following shifts: • One (1) officer roving the downtown campus M-F 1pm to 11pm. • One (1) officer at Elam Young Parkway 7 days a week form 1pm to 11pm. • The post orders will be scheduled with the winning contractor.
