Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Bend is seeking a contractor who will provide nightly security services for the Bend Centennial Parking Garage located at 750 NW Lava Road, between 7:00pm and 6:00am, 365 days per year. The successful bidder will provide a detailed response including level of service, schedule and cost at a per check rate. Price should include an hourly rate for billing additional services. Regular services to be provided include: • Two (2) nightly vehicle patrol checks of all five (5) levels and the perimeter of the parking structure. Patrol checks to include: o Checks in at all designated check points o Check of all three (3) stairwells, ground to roof, top to bottom o Check elevator lobby areas • Focus: o General security concerns o People sleeping in any area o Skateboarders or BMX bikers o Group of teenagers hanging out in cars o Abundant vehicles
