Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall be responsible for providing private UNARMED Security Services for ODOT at Service Locations in the greater Salem, Eugene and Portland Metro areas. Throughout the term of the Contract, the Contractor shall: A. Maintain a Central Dispatch Center. Contractor shall ensure that the Central Dispatch Center is manned at all times (24/7) and capable of: (a) Receiving, dispatching, obtaining and providing information via text, fax, cell phone and email to and from ODOT contacts, Alarm Monitoring Companies, fire departments and such others as ODOT may designate in writing; (b) Dispatching and maintaining communication with Security Officers and ODOT Contact or designee(s) and; (c) Coordinating delivery of all Security Services within the required response timeframes. B. Provide sufficient 24/7 management oversight, Security Officers and vehicles to ensure that: personnel and patrol vehicles are properly assigned and available; all Security Services are provided in a timely fashion; all documentation, information and reports are complete and correct; and all timeframes and Contract responsibilities are met daily.
