Roseburg Public Schools is seeking proposals from qualified mental and behavioral health providers to deliver school-based support, including therapeutic services, to students in grades Preschool–12. The selected provider will supply eight (8) licensed mental health professionals to be embedded across the district’s school sites. These professionals will support students with Tier II and Tier III mental and behavioral health needs in collaboration with school teams. The selected provider(s) will: ● Deploy a minimum of eight (8) licensed mental health professionals: ○ 4 mental health professionals to support the 8 elementary schools ○ 2 mental health professionals for the 2 middle schools ○ 2 mental health professionals for the high school ● Deliver direct, school-based mental and behavioral health services for students with elevated needs ● Collaborate with school counselors, social workers, administrators, and Student Support Teams ● Maintain all necessary licensure, certifications, and compliance with HIPAA, FERPA, and Oregon SBHS Medicaid billing guidelines ● Conduct Medicaid and third-party billing for reimbursable services ● Provide supervision, documentation, and reporting in accordance with legal and ethical standards ● Participate in district-initiated coordination meetings as needed
