Oregon Military Department, hereinafter referred to as "OMD" is the administrator and operator of the Salem Auditorium located at 2320 17th Street NE, Salem, Oregon. OMD requires a Contractor to furnish parking management services at the Salem Auditorium for rental and non rental events. Most events take place on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Contractor is required to provide parking management services "nonsubcontractable" to the Salem Auditorium for concerts, dances, private or non private functions, cultural events, trade shows, meetings, major events and military functions. Contractor must have the ability to provide sufficient parking management services to meet the demands of the rental event and provide all necessary personnel to effectively oversee all parking operations. The services shall be rendered in strict accordance with the statement of work/specifications included in the attached RFP. The intent of this RFP is to award a single contract to the Successful Proposer. No additional specifications were given.
