The CTSI Public Works Department is requesting design of a Master Plan to convert warehouse space into commercial office space and community meeting space of the entire 10,000 sq/ft area. The project remodel shall be in an existing building in Salem, OR. located and owned by the Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians. Site address: 3160 Blossom Dr. NE STE. 101, Salem, OR 97305. The anticipated structure will house 15 commercial offices, four bathrooms, large community meeting room, conference room, storage room, janitorial room for supplies storage and cleaning equipment storage. A receptionist area secure from public entrance. Use of existing Marion County Building Codes, energy efficient appliances, LED lighting fixtures, heating/AC systems and natural gas water heaters. Utilities shall include electrical power, water, sewer, telephone, cable T.V. and Natural gas. Cabinetry shall have real hardwood face frames, doors, drawer front and plywood bodies. Design shall have a Native American theme A/E firm shall submit two options on the entire remodel project. The A/E firm’s work shall involve, at the minimum, the following tasks: Complete Construction Drawings, Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mech., Elec,. Plumb. Construction Documents; Bid Documents, Spec Book. Design surveying. Compliance with Marion County and City of Salem Building Codes and Fire Code.
