The Contractor shall lead the development and coordination of the Report in collaboration with ODF UCF staff and other urban and community forestry partners. The Report must include the following components: • Executive summary: Summarize the main points of the Report, including the purpose, key findings, challenges, opportunities, and recommendations. • Goals/Objectives of the report: This section will provide an overview of the objectives of this report, which will be developed in coordination with the UCF Program; objectives must be specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and timebound. • Quantitative data inventory, summary, and synthesis: Characterize and compare urban forest canopy cover based on socioeconomic and demographic characteristics at the regional level. • Organizational networks: Characterize the network of organizations engaging in urban forestry work at the regional level (done by UCF Program staff). • Community engagement summary and synthesis: Characterize and compare perspectives on urban forestry at the regional level. • Gaps, opportunities, and challenges: Extrapolate and describe gaps, opportunities, and challenges for urban forestry at the regional level based on quantitative and community engagement data. • Essential topics: Summarize existing best practices and policies, success stories/anecdotes, and lessons learned for a variety of critical urban forestry themes below.
