Specifications include, but are not limited to: Each of the two (2) circuits must be one (1) gig business circuits One of the two circuits must connect to the north fiber vault on the property near Hawthorne Avenue and then continue into the building on the north side and terminate at the demarcation point in the server room One of the two circuits must connect to the south fiber vault on the property near Hawthorne Avenue and then continue into the building on the south side and terminate at the demarcation point in the server room One of the two circuits must have at least sixteen (16) public addresses and the second of the two circuits must have at least one public address Treasury participates in the US Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency Telecommunications Service Priority Program and may request designation on one or both circuits for TSP restoration priority designation. The Proposer will responsible for all services and supplies needed to provide connectivity to the new building for each provided circuit up to the demarcation points described above. The proposal must include a contract for 24/7 vendor support with a minimum 30-minute response time for critical issues to cover the life of the product. Other SLA options may be provided for consideration. Proposers must submit with their Proposals all proposed service and installation agreements, service level agreements, maintenance agreements and all other proposed agreements.
