This project is to design and install rooftop, grid-tied PV systems on two SOU campus buildings, the Art Building (545 Indiana Street, Ashland) and the Marion Ady Building (1280 Siskiyou Boulevard, Ashland). The PV panels will be installed on 24 gage, standing-seam metal roofs that were constructed in 1999. The project is for design and construction of complete, fully functional PV systems including, but not limited to: • Design drawings, calculations and specifications • Plan review and permitting through the City of Ashland • Grid-tied solar PV panels mounted on existing standing-seam metal roofs • Inverter systems • Utility disconnects per City of Ashland standards • Connection to existing SOU solar PV remote monitoring systems • Complete systems installation, start-up and commissioning • As-Built drawings, Operations & Maintenance manuals, and Owner Training • Warranty service
