The Project consists of the removal and replacement of building roofing on two campuses and includes Zones C, D and E at the Table Rock Campus (TRC) Building A, 7800 Pacific Ave, White City, OR 97503. The Project also includes Roofing Zones B1 and B2 for the Student Success Center (SSC) and Library at the Riverside Campus (RVC), 114 S Bartlett St, Medford, OR 97501. Project drawings and specifications are provided as attachment B located at the Medford Builders Exchange. This project also requires the abatement and disposal of Hazardous Material by the contractor as described in the Asbestos Survey and Abatement Specification. Survey and abatement specifications are provided as Attachment A located at the Medford Builders Exchange. The Contractor will provide all required materials and equipment as detailed in the plan drawings and specifications. Project progress is limited by favorable weather conditions and academic activity scheduled for each building. Effective communication and scheduling with the college representative will be essential to completing the project on time and with minimal impact to student learning.
