This software auto-renewed under the current contract. Agency is currently working with DAS on a special procurement to renew the software for an additional three years. Once the special procurement has been completed, Agency will begin working on conducting an RFP for similar services. B. Findings of Fact pursuant to OAR 125-247-0275(2): 1. Pursuant to OAR 125-247-0275(2)(a): Compatibility. Provide findings supporting your determination that the efficient utilization of existing goods requires the acquisition of compatible goods or services from only one source. Agency requires the continued use of RevQ Revenue Results software for the purpose of providing compatible revenue data in compiling Agency’s annual Legislative Fiscal Office (LFO) report. 2. Provide findings supporting your determination that the goods or services required for the exchange of software or data with other public or private agencies are available from only one source.
